• Bowltree.in is owned and operated by Tree Bowl.
   
• We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the site implies acceptance of any changes.
   

• All products are handcrafted; slight variations in color, size, or design may occur. This is a natural part of handmade goods and makes each item unique.
   
• Product images are for illustrative purposes; colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.
   

• All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
   
• We accept secure online payments through major debit/credit cards, UPI, and other trusted gateways.
   
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
   

• We offer shipping across India. Delivery timelines vary based on location but generally range between 5-10 working days.
   
• For bulk/custom orders, delivery timelines will be shared during the order process.
   
• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout.
   

• Due to the handmade nature of our products, we accept returns only for defective or damaged items. A video or image should be provided to accept the return and the same has to be provided within 24 hours.
   
• Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
   
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
   
• Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
   

• Orders cannot be cancelled once payment made.

• Custom or bulk orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
   

• All content, logos, product designs, and images on Bowltree.in are the property of Tree Bowl and cannot be used without written permission.
   

• We are not responsible for delays or damages due to factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, natural calamities).
   
• Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
